René Marois and Isabel Gauthier

René Marois is an Associate Professor of Psychology in the Department of Neuroscience, Cognition and Cognitive Neuroscience at Vanderbilt University. His research is focused on the neural basis of attention in the human brain using fMRI and psychophisical tools. he is particularly interested in understanding attential capacity limits and the nature of the relationship between attention and awareness.

Isabel Gauthier is a Professor of Psychology in the Department of Cognition and Cognitive Neuroscience at Vanderbilt University. Her research is focused on visual object recognition with a particular emphasis on the plasticity of recognition mechanisms and their neural substrate.
