Helen Fisher is an anthropologist who studies the evolution of love, sex, marriage and gender differences in humans. She is a Research Professor and member of the Center for Human Evolutionary Studies at Rutgers University, and a Chief Scientific Advisor to the online dating site Chemistry.com. Fisher has authored four books including Why We Love: the Nature and Chemistry of Romantic Love and The First Sex: The Natural Talents of Women and How They are Changing the World.
