Nir Barzilai is the Director of the Institute for Aging Research and Professor of Medicine and Molecular Genetics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Barzilai's interests focus on the basic mechanisms of the biology of aging and he was awarded the Beeson Fellow for Aging Research and the Senior Ellison Foundation Award.
