Robert Bowen is Chairman of the Board of the Scientific Learning Corporation. He served as the CEO from June 2002 to 2008 and as the Executive Chairman during 2009. He served as senior vice president and an officer of National Computer Systems (NCS). Immediately prior to joinin the Scientific Learning Corporation, Bowen served as a strategic consultant to leading providers of instructional and administrative technology solutions in education.
