He is also the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Equitable Life Holding Corporation, former Parnter and Chairman of the Executive Committee in Clayton & Dubilier and he Cofounded and served as Vice-Chairman of Financial Security Assurance Holdings Ltd.
