Michael Horn is the co-founder and Executive Director of Education of the Innosight Institute. He is also the coauthor of Distrupting Class: How Disruptive Innovation Will Change the Way the World Learns with Clayton M Christensen and Curtis W. Johnson. Disrupting Class uses the theories of disruptive innocation to identify the root causes of school's struggles and suggests a path to customize education.
